Motorcycle wreck on the freeway shuts down traffic

Police have shut down 286 Southbound and ask everyone to avoid the area if possible.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There are reports of a major accident on Interstate 37 involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle.

A man who was riding the motorcycle went over the railing after colliding with the vehicle near the Leopard Street exit.

Police have shut down 286 Southbound and ask everyone to avoid the area if possible.
