Man charged with intoxication manslaughter in fatal Pittsburg crash

PITTSBURG, TEXAS (KLTV) - A Gilmer man was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle in Pittsburg on Thursday. Police have arrested one person in connection to the wreck.
According to Pittsburg police, they responded to a crash involving a pickup and a motorcycle at the intersection of Loop 179 and County Road 2106. Their investigation indicates the pickup failed to yield the right of way to the motorcycle as it entered the intersection.
The motorcyclist, identified as 43-year-old Jason Ray Gilmore, was killed in the crash, according to Pittsburg police.
Pittsburg police said the driver of the pickup, identified as 27-year-old Joseph Mickael Agundiz, was later arrested. He was booked into the Camp County jail and charged with intoxication manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
