Fiery crash on I-35 sends one to local hospital

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) A fiery crash Tuesday night on Interstate 35 involving an 18-wheeler, an SUV and a third vehicle sent a woman to a local hospital and backed up traffic.

The 18-wheeler caught on fire after the crash, which occurred near the Loop 363/H K Dodgen Loop exit.

The woman who was injured was driving the SUV, police said.

No further details were immediately released.
