2 adults, infant injured after 18-wheeler slams into vehicles on Texas highway

WALKER COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) A woman, a man and a 4-month-old child were seriously injured when an 18-wheeler slammed into two vehicles Thursday.

The wreck was reported at about 2 p.m. on I-45 in Walker County, Texas.

State police said the 18-wheeler struck two vehicles that had stopped as a result of a previous wreck.

"A 27 year-old female, and 4 month-old child were transported by air to Memorial Herman Downtown. A 34 year-old male was transported by ground to Conroe Hospital. All are in serious condition," state police said.
