Benny M. Cason

Benny grew up in the small community of Premont, Texas, graduating from high school there in 1974.  From Premont, he went to Harvard University, graduating in 1978.  Following Harvard, Benny returned to Texas and, while working full-time, attended South Texas College of Law, graduating in 1984.

Since that time, Benny's career has gone from being hired by insurance companies to defend lawsuits to now representing personal injury victims in a multitude of different types of cases.  In addition, Benny is an experienced mediator, having assisted litigants resolve disputes in over 2,000 cases.

It is this varied background and wide range of experience that have combined over the years to give Benny a unique, compassionate and competent approach to representing clients in all types of cases.
